Job Description

First impressions are everything! As an ambassador of our Front Office Reception team, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive at the hotel through to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You will be the face of the hotel, the key point of contact for guests and a Heartist who delivers cousu main moments and an exceptional level of luxury experience.  

You’ll excel in this role if you are energetic, self-motivated, have attention to detail, and are passionate about creating exceptional service experiences. A key to success in this position is the ability to deliver incredible guest service and understanding of how to ensure the safety and security of the property.

What you will be doing:

·  Engage with our guests on check in, check out and during their stay through reception and concierge duties
·  Handle guest concerns efficiently to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
·  Assist in providing recommendations and information about Brisbane and its surrounds to our guests
·  Interact with different departments on a daily basis to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience
·  Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to proactively upsell hotel products and services.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a front office or reception position
·  An enthusiastic approach, excellent attention to detail and superior customer service skills 
·  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
·  A friendly personality paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation
·  Open manual driver’s license
·  Ability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends.
