We are currently recruiting a Golf Sales Manager to join our Commercial team at Carton House.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic support and leadership to your team to ensure the delivery of Fairmont's service standards.
· Golf FIT- grow tour operator business by attending trade shows and developing new leads
· IGTOA and IGTO membership and database management.
· Develops a strong team through consistent effective leadership and operational management.
· Work collaboratively with other sales channels internally and externally.
· Conduct proactive sales calls and golf e-zines to help generate revenue
· Assist with the reserve and co ordinate all group/member and society bookings.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
· Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel resort.
· Strong organizational skills/project management skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask many projects/initiatives at once and adhere to tight timelines.
· Skilled at developing and selling novel ways to deal with sales challenges and opportunities.
· Good presentation and influencing skills.
· Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach.
· Adaptable and enjoys a variety of different tasks
· Strong team working skills and able to work effectively and both manage and contribute to a team.
