Job Description

·  Manage the fitness centre's financial operations, including budget preparation, revenue enhancement, and expense control
·  Oversee and maintain the facility, ensuring peak condition and adherence to safety standards
·  Develop and implement fitness programmes, including aerobics and specialised offerings
·  Train and supervise fitness staff in areas such as member management, sales techniques, and exercise instruction
·  Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalised exercise programmes for members
·  Lead various exercise classes, including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility sessions
·  Provide instruction and counselling on exercise prescription, nutrition, and stress management
·  Develop and coordinate marketing strategies and special events to enhance membership and revenue
·  Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
·  Maintain accurate records and inventory of supplies
·  Collaborate with other departments to maintain positive relationships within the spa and hotel
·  Stay current with industry trends and maintain personal fitness as a role model for members
