Job Description

·  Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera system.
·  Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls.
·  Prepare occupancy and guests report
·  Maintain group and individual arrival report daily.
·  Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
·  Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
·  Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

Qualifications

·  Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
·  Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft 
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills
