·  Be the main point of contact for all guest enquiries with management of the Hotel Reservation Inbox and Telephones
·  Utilise our Accor tools and liaise with the hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences
·  Responsible for increasing and maintaining service standards and RPS
·  Build face-to-face rapport with our guests when carrying out reception duties during peak hours/ days

Qualifications

Qualifications

·  Relevant similar experience in the hotel industry
·  Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
·  Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions 
·  Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal  
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera cloud
