Job Description

· 
Oversees group reservations including but not limited to processing requests, assigning rooms, maintaining records, ensuring the accuracy of group billing, and coordinating with other departments. ​

· 
Provides high-quality service by resolving concerns in room allocation, guests, and bookings aligned with the hotel standards. ​

· 
Communicates with group leaders, guests, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

Qualifications

· 
Graduate of a degree in hospitality management or a related discipline is an asset. ​

· 
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in front office operations at a luxury hotel is an advantage. ​

· 
Excellent communication and organizational skills that can handle a multitude of tasks while working cohesively as part of a team. ​

· 
Knowledgeable in Micros, Opera, and Microsoft Office applications.
