We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Golf Food & Beverage Team.

Available Opportunities Include:

·  SnackBar Server 
·  Clubhouse Server
·  Oncourse Server

Note - preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (May-October 15th)

Starting Rate:  $16.55 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.55.

What you will be doing: 

·  Daily Opening and Closing duties of the snack bar and beverage carts
·  Meal periods are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
·  Function Help – occasionally assisting other departments in F&B
·  Group meals up to 150 people
·  Table set-ups, Buffet set-ups – arranging equipment
·  Attending the beverage cart stations on course
·  Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
·  Loading and Unloading of product to/from storage rooms
·  Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
·  Driving the beverage cart on course. Serving Golfers
·  Basic maintenance of a wood burning fireplace (starting fire, stocking wood logs.. etc)
·  Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Must have Pro-Serve Certification
·  Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
·  Good knowledge of Golf Course Operations is required
·  Previous point-of-sale system experience required
·  Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
·  Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
·  Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
·  Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
·  Valid Driver’s license
