·  Strengthen relationships within the local community, key corporate clients, and business partners to broaden the hotel’s visibility and commercial opportunities.
·  Ensure full compliance with Accor brand standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures across both hotels.
·  Lead and promote sustainability, inclusion, and community involvement in line with Accor’s commitments and the expectations of modern travelers.
·  Attract, develop, and retain talent through active involvement in recruitment, coaching, and team development initiatives.

Will demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive performance, optimize revenue, and maintain financial discipline. Strategic yet hands-on, they will combine analytical thinking with creativity and emotional intelligence to adapt their leadership to each brand’s identity and guest expectations. A natural communicator who builds strong relationships, able to inspire diverse teams, promote collaboration, and cultivate a positive, guest-focused culture. Fluent in Polish and English, and ideally comfortable in an international setting, will be passionate about hospitality, sustainability, and delivering simple yet memorable guest experiences.
