·  Create a warm welcome and friendly conversation for customers
·  Serve customers a wide variety of beverages to a high-quality standard
·  Looking after the Tab and Keno operations, maintaining a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons
·  Ensuring the venue is clean and inviting for all visitors
·  Taking customer orders & maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
·  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

·  Experience in a bar & gaming venue
·  Proven capability to maintain, monitor and operate gaming machines
·  Certification and experience in responsible service of gaming, and alcohol
·  Knowledge and skills in bartending, making a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
·  Attention to detail, taking orders efficiently and accurately
·  Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and emotional intelligence
·  Able to learn menu items, to connect and share with guests, and create memorable dining experiences
