Job Description

·  Assist in leading the Front Office Team to deliver an incomparable service experience
·  Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively whilst providing operational support and supervision on shift
·  Provide a structured and consistent onboarding and training experience for Front Office team members
·  Ensure the Front Office team provides prompt and efficient service
·  Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments (housekeeping, reservations etc.)
·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·  Similar experience in an international 5-star hotel
·  Previous Opera experience is an asset
·  Fluency in English & Turkish
·  Fluency in Arabic is an asset
·  Must possess a professional presentation
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
