Job Description
· Supervise and support front desk staff in their daily tasks.
· Train and mentor new team members.
· Schedule and manage front desk staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
· Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
· Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
· Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
· Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle special requests efficiently.
· Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest needs.
· Oversee the front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
· Manage reservations and room assignments.
· Monitor and maintain inventory of front desk supplies.
· Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
· Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
· Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
· Monitor and report on front desk revenue and occupancy rates.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in front desk or hotel operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
