Job Description

As a Front Office Services Agent, you are the heart of guest experiences, seamlessly balancing the roles of porter and guest service agent. From providing warm welcomes and efficient check-ins to attentive departures, you ensure every interaction reflects five-star excellence. By managing communications, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting with luggage, you will set the tone for exceptional service, making each guest stay even more memorable.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
· Full Driver license is a must; confident driver on both automatic and manual cars (critical as part of duties)
· Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
· Ability to deliver luxury service in line with Sofitel and LQA standards in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
· Must be located in Adelaide and ready for an immediate start
