What You Will Be Doing:
• Welcoming Guests, greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and warm manner.
• Managing Check-Ins and Check-Outs, handle guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.
• Respond to phone calls quickly and professionally.
• Share accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Make sure guests are quoted the correct rates based on the hotel’s pricing strategy.
• Anticipating Guest Needs - pay attention to guest preferences and respond to their requests, messages, and concerns.
• Address guest complaints and questions promptly and with empathy, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
• Report any operational issues to the appropriate department and ensure they are resolved.
Qualifications
· Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
· Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
· Enthusiastic and Eager to Learn : Positive attitude with a strong desire to grow in the hospitality industry.
· Team Player : Able to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Adaptability : Flexible and able to take on new tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Computer Skills : Basic knowledge of office software, with the ability to learn hotel management systems.
