We are seeking a casual Front Office All Rounder at our Front Office, who wants more than just a job. Everything we do, we do to help our guests and our people feel welcome and valued to give them the best experience possible.

Job Description

·  Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
·  Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
·  Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
·  Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
·  Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
·  Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
·  Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
·  Assist with and cover valet parking as required.

Qualifications

·  An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
·  Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
·  Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
·  High level of computer literacy
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  The ability to work across a 24/7 roster - evenings, mornings and weekend
·  Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential
