Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay : $20.22/hr CAD

As a Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you have the opportunity to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our Guests. In this role you will support the hotel by:

·  Welcome, check-in and check-out guests
·  Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages
·  Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests
·  Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
·  Maintain Company issued float and  ensure accurate balance postings for each shift
·  Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

·  Related work experience in the hospitality/Front office asset
·  Customer service experience required
·  Previous Property Manager experience asset
·  Microsoft applications experience required
·  Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information

Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
