Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You are responsible for delivering outstanding service through warm greetings, efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and prompt assistance throughout the guest’s stay. You play a critical role in creating a memorable guest experience that reflects the high standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

· 
Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner

· 
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately

· 
Manage guest reservations, both walk-ins and pre-booked

· 
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively

· 
Handle billing and payment transactions

· 
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs

· 
Maintain knowledge of hotel products, services, and local attractions

· 
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

· 
Uphold confidentiality of guest information and hotel policies

· 
Follow hotel standard operating procedures and brand standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

· 
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is an advantage)

· 
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

· 
Fresh graduates with internship experience in Front Office are welcome to apply

Skills:

· 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· 
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

· 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PMS (Property Management System), e.g., Opera or equivalent

· 
Professional appearance and positive attitude
