Job Description

First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. 

What you will be doing:

·  Greet and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional service
·  Responsible for check-in/out process, collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards, as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders
·  Take initiative to add a personalized experience
·  Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
·  Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols
