As the Team Leader, you will work across the designated service areas to maximize profits, maintain food, beverage, service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. This will also encompass daily shift opening and closure responsibilities in collaboration with the F&B Manager as appropriate. 

Job Description

·  Be well versed in the restaurant, while schmoozing the guests and generally being an all-round awesome person and a team player!
·  Set the pace and lead by example during busy service periods.
·  Collaborate with the team and motivate to attain exceptional results together.
·  Proactively source information to increase your product knowledge.
·  When challenges arise, your solution-focused mindset will turn them into opportunities.

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Team Leader or within a leadership role, in a vibrant, fast-paced venue.
·  Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
·  A team player who prides themselves on their ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
·  A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment.
·  Flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
·  A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times.
