As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

·  Responsible for the efficient running of the Restuarant & Bar while on duty
·  Responsible for leading WHS – attending meetings, conducting safety walks and implementing risk controls
·  Positive problem solving approach with all guests, various outlets and staff
·  Providing attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications

To be successful in your application, you must:

·  Have Food & Beverage Experience
·  Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for hospitality 
·  Be flexible - you are required to work a variety of shifts, including late nights, public holidays and weekends 
·  Show initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.
