Job Description
· Oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.
· Manages and trains front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service.
· Coordinates inventory, ordering, and ensures stock levels are maintained.
· Ensures compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
· Handles guest feedback, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Previous experience as a F&B Supervisor or Leader is a must
· Experience in hotels is preferred but not required
· A related degree or certifications are preferred but not required
· Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
