Job Description

·  Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
·  Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors.
·  Ensure that the outlets meets all sanitation and safety regulations.
·  Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
·  Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant.
·  Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
·  Resolving guests complaints.

Qualifications

·  Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
·  Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
·  Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs.
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
