Job Description

·  Lead, inspire, and train a team of Food & Beverage Heartists while offering guidance and support to guarantee a top-notch dining experience
·  Collaborate with the Kitchen team to plan the preparation of food and beverages, as well as making sure that orders are delivered on time and are presented perfectly
·  Respond to questions, concerns, and special requests from guests, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and that guests are satisfied
·  Encourage teamwork, communication, and professional growth among team members by fostering a healthy work environment
·  Get acquainted with VIP and regular guests so that their desires and needs are satisfied
·  Able to work across a 7-day roster, mix of morning and evening shifts

Qualifications

You will be:

·  Able to lead by example and believe in a strong team culture. Have a outstanding time management and communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Proven experience in a 5-star hotel environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a large team
·  Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all guests and team members
·  Knowledgeable in a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
·  A current LCQ and/or Managers Certificate is preferred but not required
