Job Description

The Food and Beverage Sales Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the respective F&B Sales Team Leaders i.e. Assistant Director of F&B, F&B Sales Manager, Assistant F&B Sales Manager and F&B Sales Executive including handling and responding sales enquiries via emails and tele-sales in the absence of the Sales team leaders in a timely manner.

Observes and adheres to the Values of Accor, i.e. Guest Passion, Respect, Innovation, Trust, Sustainable Performance and Spirit of Conquest.

Primary Responsibilities

 

·  Perform general office duties such as filing, sending emails and making bookings.
·  Prepare sales related documents throughout the sales process (e.g,. proposals, contracts)
·  Gather materials and assemble information for inquiries about our F&B Outlets.
·  Answer guests questions about property facilities/services
·  Serve as point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
·  Maintains adequate stock of all sales materials as suited to required quantities.
·  Organises and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements.

Ad-Hoc Projects Champion

·  Assists and supports in ad-hoc projects assigned by respective F&B Sales team leaders.

Involvement in Wider Job Function Actions / Relationships

·  Participates in training activities to improve knowledge and skills.
·  Follows guidelines provided in employee handbook.
·  Understands emergency procedures, health and safety requirements.
·  Maintains collaborative working relationships with colleagues, supervisors and managers.
·  Contributes to the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability efforts.
·  Upholds the Accor Values in the work nature, increasing stakeholders’ interest.
·  Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience

·  Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
·  Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry preferably in Singapore.
·  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
