Job Description

Pride in every memorable moment. As our Food & Beverage Outlet General Manager, you will lead the heart of our dining experience driving both operational excellence and guest satisfaction. You'll oversee  daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves delighted.

Qualifications

What you will be doing:

·  Manage Daily Operations: Oversee smooth flow of F&B outlet operations.
·  Lead Team: Train, motivate, and ensure high service standards.
·  Enhance Guest Experience: Engage with guests, address feedback, build loyalty.
·  Financial Oversight: Control costs, monitor revenue, achieve financial targets.
·  Menu Planning: Collaborate on menu updates and guest preferences.
·  Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards in food and beverage quality. 
·  Inventory Management: Maintain stock, manage supplier relationships.
