Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B team and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership, fostering a motivated and productive team.

Ensure F&B quality standards and procedures are implemented across all venues.
·
Collaborate with hotel management to develop and achieve financial goals.
·
Oversee staff training, development, and performance.
·
Maintain smooth daily operations in coordination with venue managers.
·
Uphold high ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
·
Manage department finances, inventory, and equipment effectively.
·
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security protocols.
·
Facilitate seamless communication between departments.
·
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
