We’re looking for a F&B Management Intern to join our team at Lotti’s. Reporting to our Restaurant Manager you will be responsible to support the seamless running of our restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service.
Lotti's is our buzzing neighbourhood restaurant. The menu features an internationally inspired brasserie style cuisine with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. During the day, Lotti's is a place to meet, relax or work, and from Friday to Sunday the bar plays host to local DJ talent.

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.
The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. Job Description
What you'll do...
· Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
· Maintain inventories and ensure compliance with cash control procedures.
· Serve in any capacity within the restaurant as needed due to employee absence and perform related duties and assignments as required.
· Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
· Understand our culture and be an ambassador for Lotti’s.
· Ensure that our restaurant and the back of house is set up correctly and kept tidy at all times.
· Complete accounting and administrative reports as required.
· Communicate well with others in order to ensure a smooth operation.
