Job Description

· 
Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.

· 
Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

· 
Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.

· 
Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care.

· 
Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.

· 
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

· 
Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.

· 
Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.

· 
Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.

· 
Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

· 
Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

· 
Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service

· 
Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit

· 
Good communication and interpersonal skills

· 
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

· 
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage
