Job Description

Would you like to  join us and contribue  to the  opening  of our  Mama Shelter Lake Como  ?

THE MISSION? 

Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.  

You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). ️ 

In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.  

You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.  

You ensure compliance with the law ; you’re watch at Mama is never over. ⚖️ 

You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!
