Job Description

·  Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring freshness and presentation.
·  Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tailoring to guest preferences.
·  Engage with guests to provide excellent service and assist with inquiries.
·  Maintain a clean, organized dining area and coffee station.
·  Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth breakfast operations.

Qualifications

·  1 year of food and beverage experience in a Restaurant, Bar or similar
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a vibrant nature and ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests 
·  Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experience
·  Excellent coffee-making skills and knowledge of coffee equipment
·  Immaculate presentation and grooming
·  Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
·  Flexibility to work a variety of different shift, weekends & early mornings
·  Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required 
·  You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
