Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Team Lead to support the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide and support the team throughout service, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests.

You’ll play an active role in maintaining service standards, supporting staff development, and driving team performance. Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities

·  Lead and support the food and beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
·  Assist in the coordination of service operations, including setup, service, and pack-down.
·  Provide on-the-job training and ongoing support to team members.
·  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, promotions, and venue offerings.
·  Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
·  Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
·  Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld across all service areas.
·  Work closely with the management team to implement strategies that enhance service and drive revenue.
·  Assist with the coordination of events and special functions.

Qualifications

·  Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential.
·  Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership or team lead role.
·  Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
·  A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
·  High attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
·  Flexible availability, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
