Job Description

Looking for energetic and bold individuals who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our guests as part of our Food and Beverage Team:

What will you be doing:

·  Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.
·  Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
·  Effectively take orders and ensure accuracy.
·  Maintain hygienic food service techniques at all times.

Qualifications

What you will need:

·  Previous experience in a venue or hotel preferred.
·  Due to the high-volume nature of the role you will be adept at working under pressure.
·  Current RSA certification required.
·  Skilled communicator and has a keen eye for detail.
