Job Description

·  Develop a comprehensive business plan for the F&B Department
·  Ensure that the quality standards and procedures established for the F&B Department are understood and implemented across all outlets and departments
·  Establish periodic budgets and forecasts for the department
·  Coordinate daily with outlet managers to ensure smooth operations
·  Ensure that all financial matters and transactions within the department are handled in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures set by the company, hotel, and the Financial Controller’s office
·  Develop, implement, and maintain all employee training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs and providing them with new skills to meet the changing demands of the business
·  Interview, select, and recruit F&B staff
·  Conduct performance reviews with the team

Qualifications

· 
Diploma in Hospitality Management/F&B

· 
Experience in all aspects of F&B service, especially in international luxury hotels

· 
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position

· 
Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English

· 
High professionalism with strong human resources management skills and business acumen

· 
Strong leadership, communication, and training skills

· 
Good communication and customer interaction skills

· 
Additional certifications related to F&B will be an advantage
