Job Description
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant. As an Arabic-speaking team member, you will enhance the guest experience by communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
· Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required, with special attention to Arabic-speaking guests.
· Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
· Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and sequence of service.
· Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
· Clear tables, reset them for the next service, and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.
· Assist in setting up and preparing for service, including mise en place, table arrangements, and side stations.
· Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary to supervisors.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
· Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
· Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall smooth operation of the F&B department.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred.
· Fluency in Arabic (spoken) is required; proficiency in English is essential.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-focused with a positive, approachable attitude.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
· Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
· Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
