Job Description

 

· 
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

· 
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner

· 
Set up, clear, and reset tables as needed

· 
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained

· 
Assist in preparing and presenting food and drinks

· 
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally

· 
Process payments and operate POS systems

· 
Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory needs

· 
Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications

· 
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· 
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

· 
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
