Job Description
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible in driving force behind the hotel’s culinary offering, delivering exceptional cuisine across multiple outlets while fostering a highly engaged and motivated team.
Leading the overall Kitchen operations, you will provide hands-on leadership, mentoring and developing your team to build capability, engagement and career progression while driving a strong culture of collaboration, creativity and excellence within a diverse Kitchen team
Drive consistency, creativity and excellence in every dish, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.
Maintain a calm, composed leadership style in fast-paced environments, demonstrating grace under pressure and setting the tone for a professional, solutions-focused kitchen culture.
Foster a unified team culture between kitchen and food & beverage service teams, encouraging open communication, mutual respect and a shared commitment to excellence.
Oversee kitchen management including rostering, food safety compliance, stock control, supplier relationships, and cost management
Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training from a recognized institution.
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant/ hotel environment.
Strong hospitality background, creative vision and a meticulous eye for details.
A natural leader with a warm, approachable style and a genuine desire to nurture talent and create a positive team environment.
Sound commercial acumen – with experience managing food and labour costs, supplier relationships and kitchen operations efficiently.
A passion for hospitality and an unwavering dedication to delivering memorable, personalised dining experiences.
Up-to-date food safety certification and strong knowledge of MOPH regulations related to food safety and hygiene practices in Qatar or GCC.
