Job Description
· Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
· Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase the venue's capabilities and offerings.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
· Upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages to increase revenue.
· Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Oversee event logistics, including room setups, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
· Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
· Seek client feedback and testimonials to enhance future sales efforts.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client information.
Qualifications
· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the events industry
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent negotiation and closing skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· A passion for the events industry and a keen eye for detail
