Job Description

·  Researching and booking various types of entertainers, such as musicians, comedians, magicians, dancers, etc.
·  Negotiating the terms and conditions of the contracts with the performers and the venues
·  Supervising the setup and breakdown of the equipment and the stage
·  Monitoring the performance and the audience feedback and making adjustments as needed
·  Handling any issues or complaints that may arise during or after the events
·  Evaluating the effectiveness and profitability of the entertainment programs and reporting to the senior management
·  Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, catering, and operations, to ensure the smooth running of the events
·  Developing and implementing new and innovative ideas to attract and retain guests and increase customer satisfaction

Qualifications

a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in the entertainment industry

You should be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deal with different types of people and situations.
