・客室の壁紙補修、タッチアップ、壁紙・カーペット・備品等のメンテナンス及び補修・塗装工事
・建物・施設の運営管理全般
・アウトソーシングや協力会社とのコラボレーションによるビルメンテナンス業務の管理
・ホテル客室・施設内の什器・備品、厨房機器等の保守・修繕・更新計画の策定と実施
・電気、ガス、水道などのエネルギー管理
・廃棄物の適正処理・管理、廃棄物削減、資源管理
・依頼書、報告書、請求書など各種書類の作成。 メールチェック・管理 文書作成
・関係部署、協力会社との調整業務。
· The painting and repair work of interior facilities within the hotel premises, as well as maintenance work for interior facilities within the hotel
· Hotel guest room wallpaper repairs, touch-ups and maintenance of items such as wallpaper. carpets, and fixtures, as well as repair and painting work
· Overall operational management of buildings and facilities.
· Management of building maintenance operations through outsourcing and collaboration with partner companies.
· Development and implementation of maintenance, repair, and renewal plans for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including kitchen appliances, within hotel rooms and premises.
· Energy management of electricity, gas, watert and other utilities.
· Proper disposal and management of waste, waste reduction, and resource management.
· Creating various documents such as requests, reports, and invoices. Email checking and management Document creation .
· Coordination tasks with relevant sections and partner companies.
資格
・塗装・内装補修工事の経験
・家具・什器のタッチアップや修理、塗装工事の経験
・壁紙やカーペットなどの補修・改修経験
・ホテル施設メンテナンス経験者 上記いずれかの経験者は優遇
・上記いずれかの経験をお持ちの方は優遇いたします

· Experience in painting and interior repair work.
· Experience in furniture and fixture touch-ups and repairs , painting work
· Experience in repairing and refurbishing items such as wallpaper and carpets
