Job Description

•Responsible for one area of the restaurant.

•Ensures guest satisfaction in the assigned area of responsibility.

•Supports employee skill development and provides guidance for career growth.

•Ensures daily staff scheduling, conducts pre-shift briefing, and monitors attendance in alignment with operational needs.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 2 years experience as F&B Supervisor in the hotel industry.

•Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation.

•Proficiency in English and additional languages are a plus.
