Chef De Partie

What you will be doing:

·  Create high quality and original food to satisfy the customer.
·  Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new recipes and preparation techniques.
·  Monitor and control food costs while ensuring high-quality ingredients are used
·  Manage and train kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.

With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a hotel
