Job Description

·  To maintain safely and effectively all electrical faults in the hotel as instructed by the supervisor and keeping all records updated and accurate.
·  To provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual electrician services.
·  To work with team spirit to ensure that all guest rooms, facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
·  To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic whilst ensuring guest satisfaction.
·  To take the time to get to know the guest and to be committed to service excellence.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

Planning & Organizing:                                                      

·  Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction.
·  Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.

OPERATIONS:

·  Displays good teamwork attitude while  working in a team for major
·  Carry out Preventive Maintenance repairs and services
·  Creates an atmosphere of tranquility amongst the team.
·  Be willing to train and instruct other members of the team by passing along knowledge and skills.
·  To have a complete understanding of and to adhere to Accor policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
·  Follow the grooming standards and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times
·  Repair and maintenance of all types of mechanic machinery and equipment.
·  To ensure complete operation and safety of all electro mechanical equipment and their corresponding machinery through intensive maintenance and proper working procedure.
·  Work independently to achieve set tasks
·  Acts on issues and concerns in the electrical field immediately.
·  Control the stocks and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
·  Completes the daily task checklist and assigned jobs and ensures timely implementation.
·  Complete training in all areas of Engineering and take responsibility for all areas of maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, kitchen maintenance and air conditioning.
·  To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Administration:

·  Is aware of the daily hotel activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel activities.
·  Perform as per OSM Standards, and in line with the company’s Values and Core Behavior
·  To attend training classes as per schedule.

Generic Aspects on Hygiene / Personal Safety / Environment/Confidentiality:

·  Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for Heartists use.
·  Be well-familiar with the hotel's policies and procedures, well-acquainted with the physical layout of the hotel and its premises and knowledgeable of the hotel's emergency procedures in regard to fire, medical, bomb threat, black-out and evacuation.
·  Knows the safety regulations and ensures their application & ensures the safety of people and property in the hotel.
·  Respects and ensures respect of the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" of Sustainability program (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc).
·  Understands and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Heartists Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
·  Ensure that confidential records and other confidential information are properly safeguarded and are not removed from the office.
·  Does not disclose any financial information or any other information of the Accor Hotels.
