Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our staff to achieve operational excellence.

·  Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth running of the facility
·  Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support as needed
·  Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
·  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
·  Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
·  Manage staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently
·  Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance
·  Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations
·  Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
·  Prepare and submit reports on daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics
·  Implement and monitor quality control procedures
·  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar leadership role
·  Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
·  Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
·  Superb organizational and time management skills
·  Proficiency in handling emergency situations and conflict resolution
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
·  Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
·  Familiarity with property management systems and relevant software
·  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages such as Kannada and Hindi is a plus
·  Understanding of local regulations and safety standards
·  Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
·  Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving operational targets
