Job Description

Duty Manager

Responsible for the supervision of the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk and ensures that all hotel guests receive an optimum level of service and care at all times

Qualifications

Your Experience and Skills include : 

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
·  Proficient knowledge in Hotel PMS, preferably Opera Cloud.
·  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with colleagues & guests.
·  Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests. 
·  Able to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
