Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

·  Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers or goods to designated locations
·  Plan and optimise routes using local knowledge and GPS navigation systems
·  Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey
·  Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks
·  Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
·  Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring safe and responsible driving
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
·  Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records when required
·  Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
·  Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times
·  Report any accidents, damages, or mechanical issues immediately to management
·  Adapt to changing schedules and be available for flexible working hours as needed

Qualifications

·  Valid Vietnamese driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type
·  Proven driving experience, preferably in a professional capacity
·  Excellent knowledge of Phu Quoc's road network and traffic regulations
·  Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws
·  Basic vehicle maintenance skills
·  Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
·  Excellent time management and organisational abilities
·  Good communication skills in Vietnamese (English proficiency is a plus)
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
·  Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading of items when necessary
·  Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
·  Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
·  Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining records
