คำอธิบายงาน
· To report for duty punctually in full regulation uniform
· To check and verify any function of the day and duty assigned
· To follow duty from previous shift
· To handle equipment and cleaning supplies with care
· To response the call and follow up where cleaning is needed
· To sweep, mop and polish floor
· To vacuum carpet, spot shampoo to remove stains
· To clean furniture, fixture, glass and mirror
· To ensure that all appliances are present in the responsible area are in working order
· Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift
· Ensure that all requests by guests are attended
· Advise the office of any lost property and valuable and return these to the office as soon as possible
· Report any guest complaints, incidents of suspicious persons on the floor to the PA Supervisor
· To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
· To be ready and responsible when assigned, to perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Management of Hotel
คุณสมบัติ
· • High school and above
· • 1 year experience in the same position
· • Understand English is prefer
· • Can work under pressure
