Based in Singapore, the Director of Talent & Culture - Lounges is responsible for all Talent & Culture activity associated with the management of one of the world's leading airline lounges located in Singapore Changi Airport.
Job Description
· Support the General Manager - Lounge in all Talent & Culture (T&C) aspects and act as the main point of contact for T&C-related matters.
· Develop, communicate, and implement strategic T&C policies, plans, and goals to all team members.
· Identify and execute strategic initiatives to attract and retain talent.
· Prepare and implement action plans to enhance employee engagement.
· Oversee compensation and benefits processes.
· Address and resolve all internal and external T&C-related inquiries.
· Foster a performance-driven culture within lounge operations.
Qualifications
· Minimum of three years of experience as Director of Talent & Culture in premium lounge operations, large-scale hotels, or a multi-property environment in Asia.
· Proven ability to lead a dynamic team with an enabling and collaborative leadership style.
· Strong expertise in Talent & Culture operations, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits.
· Solid understanding of performance management and strategic planning.
· Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English required.
