Job Description

Prime Function:

·  Ensure the execution of integrated marketing campaigns utilizing direct mail, email, web and print advertising.
·  Ensure the production of advertisements, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials.
·  Ensure a positive representation of image of the organization to the general public, clients, shareholders and the community
·  To develop and organize promotional activities; coordinate with departments concerned; prepare and issue media releases; invite VIPs and media to promotional activities
·  Any matter which may affect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management

·  Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
·  Develop and maintain effective relationships with all the departments.
·  Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
·  Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department’s objectives and policies.
·  Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.

Financial Management

·  To establish annual Marketing and Public Relation budgets and annual business plan.
·  Develop and plan weekly Marketing and Public Relation activities with a view to maximize productivity and generate higher revenues
·  Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.

Operational Management

·  Coordinate all methods to maintain and increase business volume. This includes Advertising, Sales Promotions, Personal Selling, Publicity, and Community Relations
·  Ensure consistency and accuracy of all branding and materials produced across all departments.
·  Brief and work with the suppliers, ensuring quality, creativity and value for money is achieved.
·  Oversee the preparation and dissemination of press releases and articles and coordinate media.
·  Responsible for the writing, editing and publishing of organizational publications.
·  Maintain close contacts with possible Business Development partners such as with Hotels, Airlines, Travel agencies, Commercial houses, Private club, Professional associates to procure new business for the company.
·  To obtain maximum media coverage of activities within the premises which are of interest locally and internationally.
·  Finalize designs and other artwork, etc.
·  To maintain client database, statistical reports, and perform general administrative tasks
·  Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
