Job Description

·  Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans
·  Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of variances
·  Maximizing return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community
·  Managing budget and forecast processes, providing financial direction and assisting in strategic decisions
·  Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs
·  Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside advisors, and filing financial reports
·  Overseeing the company’s financial systems and procedures, and recommending improvements where necessary
·  Managing relationships with partners and investors
·  Leading and mentoring a team of finance and accounting professionals

Qualifications

·  Proven experience as director of finance or similar role 
·  Minimum 6-8 Years in Director of Finance role is required, Multi property role is an added value.
·  In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
·  Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
·  Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software "Sun , Procurement & Öpera"
·  An analytical mind with a strategic ability
·  Excellent organizational and leadership skills
·  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
·  CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
