About the role
Based in Singapore, the Director of Explorer will be responsible for:

Lead and oversee Accor Plus’ Explorer subscription membership offering to ensure seamless, engaging, and high-value member experiences.

Drive member growth and retention through effective strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation.
·
Align the Explorer programme with global loyalty initiatives to support Accor Plus’ strategic objectives.
·
Foster innovation in customer engagement, continuously enhancing member value and satisfaction.
·
Contribute to business growth by elevating the overall membership experience.
·
Shape the future direction of Accor Plus’ membership offerings through strong leadership and strategic vision.

Embody Heartist philosophy by championing exceptional experiences for all members.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be:

Strategic product leader: Proven experience defining and owning product vision and roadmaps, ideally in subscription or loyalty programs, with the ability to align strategy to broader corporate goals.

Customer‑centric innovator: Deep understanding of customer insights and travel industry trends, able to design experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention.
·
Digital product expertise: Strong background in leading development of digital tools, UX/UI optimization, and personalization features to enhance member journeys.
·
Commercial and partnership acumen: Skilled in negotiating and managing partnerships, designing benefit structures and pricing models, and collaborating with marketing to deliver exclusive offers.

Data‑driven operator: Comfortable with analytics, KPIs (conversion, retention, NPS), and using data to refine offerings, reduce churn, and ensure commercial success.
