Job Description

Lead and develop talent within the 120 member overall Kitchen operation to ensure world class luxury standards.

Manage team members in 4 restaurants and 7 outlets including room service, banqueting, and a pastry shop.  

Create innovative Culinary events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance. Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required

3-5 years experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with strong creativity, culinary knowhow and attention to detail

Asian experience is a plus

Strong communication and  leadersip skills, dynamic team motivator, customer centric

Excellent English essential - French or other language a plus
